GSE defaults to blank ?'s on toolbar after launch.

I have to load GSE open a Macro and save that macro for the issue to resolve. sometimes I have to reload the entire macro to get it to work or change the default macro button push from 1 to 2 and save. unsure where the disconnect is occurring.
