🟢 How does GSE currently work
In Classic GSE stores the rank for a spell.

🟢 Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen instead of what currently occurs. In #569 GSE was changed from ignoring rank to saving ranks. This worked great for end game, allowing people to downrank at their leisure. For Hardcore and SoD this is less useful as you are not at max level a lot of the time. Setting an option to ignore ranks would be useful for those environments.

By default this will be enabled for SoD but needs to be manually enabled for Hardcore, Wrath and normal Classic.
