[EX] Example Plugin - Load a sequence in combat

In GSE1, macros were saved in the Mod files rather than using the in-game editor. The downside is that those created with the editor, those macros cannot be loaded while the player is in combat. This commit includes a sample plugin that just depends on the GSE core addon but can load an uneditable macro. This macro can be created manually using https://github.com/TimothyLuke/GSE-Advanced-Macro-Compiler/wiki/GSE3.0-Block-Specification or as an export using the Patron "Raw Edit" feature.
