[BUG] New Combined editor renders inconsistently

🔵 Describe the bug:

Resize Sequences window cuts the options, not able to press them.

If you reload seems to do the trick, but some of the buttons ( save, update talents ) not able to press it.

🔵 To reproduce: (Steps to reproduce the behavior)

Open /GSE an click on sequences window.

Try to resize

🔵 Expected behavior:

Be able to see clearly all the options on right side, and able to press some of the "hidden" buttons
