[ENH] Mute annoying fizzle and click sounds

Hi, you could implement a setting to turn off annoying sounds related to GSE, here are the sound ID to mute. ( only checked wow classic cata )

There are other addons specifically that do this and you can also turn off the sounds in WoW’s options. This isn’t really a GSE thing.

In the wow settings - System // Sound // Left box of settings towards bottom Error Speech (uncheck this one)

MSF ( Mute Sound File ) is the name of the addon i use for muting specific sounds.
