[ENH] Delves continually trigger the GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE event causing GSE to lag.

🔵 Describe the bug:
There is a bug with WoW where in a Delve the GROUP_ROSTER_UPDATE event keeps getting triggered. This causes GSE to lag as its doing "exactly what it is supposed to" when that event is triggered. Add a bandaid to work around the WoW bug.
