[BUG] Sequence Send feature not working!

🔵 Describe the bug:
Upon using the send feature in GSE I receive a Lua error and no matter how we tried to do so it does not work. I select the sequence in the drop down menu then in the next option I place my friends name there and hit send, then I get the Lua error and my friend never receives the GSE Sequence I also tried using Name - Servername just as a test but it also didn't work. Side Note: My friends agree that they try this feature every once in awhile and it has not worked for them sense DF...
🔵 To reproduce: (Steps to reproduce the behavior)
- Go to '/gse, then go to in sequences'
- Click on 'Right click on your sequence and click send, then Fill in the information required such as sequence & Characters - Friends name, Next click the button send.'
- Scroll down to 'No Scrolling required for this Error.'

I choice the GSE Sequence in the first drop down I want to send then in the second option/box I type in my friends character name and after several seconds of waiting they would receive the GSE Sequence on there side.

- Note: If you do not include your GSE.lua file you are wasting your time and mine. 90% of the time, the first thing I will ask for is "Can you please upload your GSE.lua file?". This file is needed with the error to work out Why that error occured for you.

More Notes: another thing is the Lua error changes if you have just about any addon installed/enabled it always says example addon .lua file is breaking it and it's different for each addon, I know this based on the testing we have done once we got the first Lua error saying a specific addon was breaking it we disabled it and it would give us a similar Lua error saying a new addon is breaking it. Once we did this with a bunch of addon's as me and my friends have totally different addon's we realized since it's happening to both of us it's just any addon causing that error it seems to be. The Lua error still happens with no addon's it's just different!
I do want to Note: all the testing done Lua errors provided Screenshots & any other information in the above Bug Report I submitted was all done with Vanilla Retail WoW, no addon's or anything besides GSE and I did even grab a fresh WTF & Interface folder so nothing was saved and still messing with it...
The "example addon" is that the send function uses a library which is common to a lot of different mods.
