[ENH] Add Rotation Assist selected spell to debug output

🟢 How does GSE currently work
When running /GSE debug GSE records the why a line either worked or didn’t.
🟢 Describe the solution you'd like
With 11.1.7 Blizzard have includdd a rotation assistant that can tell you what spell you should be casting at that point. Add this information to the debug output.
