Send macro no longer working.

Previously (in the old version), I was able to send a macro to a partymember by pressing "Send" and then filling out their name. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I could be wrong, but I assumed that either you needed to target the person you want to send the macro to and press "Send" since the send button gives no confirmation.
That doesn't work, however. Is this incorrect or is sending macros still not supported again yet?
Fixing some other important stuff I broke this. I have started the fix see #191
