Frame expansion problem: Tab1, 2, New...

PROBLEM:
When editing a macro, if I navigate to Tab 1 and attempt to expand the frame, one of the child frames protrudes outside its parent frame:

IMPORTANT: This problem does NOT exist on the Configuration Tab. In fact, if I navigate back to the config tab and grab the expansion handle the child frame goes back inside its parent frame.
This is known and mentioned in the last comment of #212
I am still working on a solution for this.
The fault is in an underlying library. I need them to fix the fault and to date they haven’t.
