Can not Target

After patch 2.0.8 i have been unable to target anything. When i switch back to 2.0.8 i have no issues
Do you have the option Require Target to Use turned on? This was fixed to work around 2.0.8.

Ok. Just updated to 2.0.14 and still have the issue. I went to WoD Garrison to training dummy. I can not target. Require Target to use is checked
Update. Just went back and UNCHECKED Require Target to use. And now it works. Even did a reload and logged out of game and still it works
Turn that option off. That option is working as it's supposed to.
