Hello,
i have following issue:
the set default icon questionmark option doesnt work. i created a new makro and used the questionmark as icon. my old macros work just fine, but the new one doesnt chance the questionmark.
i hope you can help me

What version are you running? GSE is currently at version 2.0.14 with a 2.1.0 version in beta still for WoW 7.2.
Support for myMacros ended with version 1.3. Edits should all occur in game as changes to the text files out of game are not recognised unless the mod has been updated to support GSE2 like the HP Macros plugin was.
On part 2, I can't answer that without more information.
