Hey i tried to solve this problem on my own for 2 weeks now, but i have to recap.
Every time i import a macro, and even if i write a new macro with "/say hello", i cant drop the macro from the macro list to my action bar. The Icon is always set as a blue book and will not get a question mark.

I already deleted the WTF Folder and reset the addon Folder, but the error still remains.

I hope you can help me.

I am having the same problem. I cannot drag the blue books on any macros I make or pre made ones. I have reloaded the game several times and reloaded the addon.

Then like magic the blue book turns into a question mark. Then I can drag it. Then all the other macros are still blue. I have gotten a macro on two characters, but it took me several hours to get the book to turn into a question mark so I can drag it.

Ok I just did it on my third character. I edited a pre made macro, then saved it under another name. I tried to create an icon and it wouldnt change. The book was blue and I couldnt drag it.

I exited the game and logged back in. I type /gsse, click my new macro, clicked create icon, and it changed to a questions mark.

I tried to create other icons for pre made macros and nothing happened, I tried to drag other icons and nothing happened. It only let me drag the macro i made.

YEah its a timing issue. When you Create the Icon it appears in the /macro interface but its not updating the display in the GSE Viewer until you refresh it.
