Loot-A-Rang not working

I have several macros that make use of various versions of

/cast Loot-A-Rang

Including macros both with and without conditionals, and macros that make use of the lines in Keypress, and the main body of the macro... All used to work flawlessly. This is no longer the case.

with a recent update, i wound up having to rebuild most of my macros, or redownload them, and import into new ones, as the old ones just stopped working altogether. once i got most of them working, i found that ones that include loot-a-rang still function, but poorly, unless i remove the loot-a-rang lines.

in any event, sometimes loot-a-rang will fire off, but only between pulls, never when everything is dead and i am out of combat, meaning i have to manually fire off the loot-a-rang after everything is dead, which never used to be the case. I have been trying to figure out exactly what and where the problem is in-game, but the only thing i can come up with is GSE handling this item differently somehow than it used to.

Nevermind. I totally uninstalled and deleted GSE. I deleted all associated files and variables. I reinstalled everything. It works again. I will have to remake all my macros and reimport, but other than that , it seems to be ok now.

you should be using

/use Loot-A-Rang

in BfA this becomes an important distinction

if you still have the GSE.lua file - copy from GSELibrary = { to the end and put that in the same file

i nuked it. sometimes it is best to start from zero... thanks for the quick responses
