All configs (except Arena) being saved with the same tab.

When you change the macro tab for default config to 1 (or any other #), then all configs except Arena change to that number. Only the Arena config will stay to what you set it. Tested this on my Hunter and Druid with the same results. This can cause a lot of problems if you have different tabs for different configs. Didn't used to do this. Don't know what happened. Critical issue?
Hi Msc6399
The behaviour on this is that if you change any setting except Default only
that setting will change. If you change Default, then every setting that
uses the same macro version as Default should change to what Default has
changed to. So if you have three versions and version 1 is default,
version 2 is raid and everything else is version 1, when you change default
to version 3, raid should still be version 2 but everything else should be
version 3. In the case where Default and everything is version 1 and you
change default to version 3, everything should now show as version 3.
This code in this hasn't changed since 2.0.1. If you are only now finding
a bug in this I would say its something that needs to be looked at but its
not exactly critical in that no one has noticed it in 18 months. The work
around for this is change default first then change the other settings to
match what you want them to be or leave macro version 1 as the default and
just change the others as needed. (I would suggest this later is what just
about everyone has done.)
Having said all that when I next get in game I will have a look.
