Configurations missing or frame issue.

In the sequence editor I can no longer see options that used to be there. Specifically Group and Dungeon. They may be there but the frame looks like the scroll ability is off as I can almost see Mythic+...as in the scroll bar doesn't scroll all the way down to the bottom.
I am using ELVUI and I disabled it to see if it was that and it was not.
For some reason you have a single row where for the rest of us it’s two. If you stretch the view to the right does it come back into line?

No but does when I elongate the window. Strange but I can work with it. I didn't know you could stretch it like that.
