Did try and help him on this issue, had him delete addon and his saved variables files so addon was totally gone.

Reinstalled but still getting same error

I don't have the issue but he does, he's trying to import this macro on several brand new installs of GSE

Ok the only way I could get that error to occur is if I left off the a from the end of the import string. If i copy the string correctly it just imports.

I should however handle the error better.

I can see me messing it up once or twice but 10-15 times. I just copied the macro from spoony36's post up above and tried again, got the same error message. I am a Disabled Vet and this add on makes it quite manageable for me to play to play wow. UGH. Would like to thank you gentlemen for trying too help me.
Oh, I have tried other macros and the result is the same.

Where are you downloading from?

I have tried both 2.4.05 and 2.4.06 from Curse without issue.

What I would also suggest is disable all other mods except GSE's three )GSE, GSE_GUI, GSE_LDB) and then see if it will let you import. Wonder if there is a mod conflict - or a library version conflict

The only other mod I have is recount, But Spoony36 and I tried that earlier with disabling it. Downloaded GSE 2.4.06 from curse. I just tried a different macro to be sure but I got same error.
