One spell sometimes wont fire up

Hello, since the second last update (the one before 2.4.15) “Void Eruption” randomly stops working.
I have used this macro for a long time with no problems and i dont think i changed something.
I am using a “nomod” condition. First i thought it could be the keyboard, but no matter if its ctrl, shift, or alt and even without this “nomod” condition - it just wont fire “Void Eruption” (sometimes)
I cant reproduce this error. It doesnt happen on a dummy fight. Its allways occurs when i am fighting NPC. I am not sure if its happens when i am switching targets or if its also happends when i am fighting one target only.
I hope someone will be able to help me.

There have been 2 builds released to Curse after 2.4.15 was released. There have been 28 builds since 2.4.13 Are you referring to 2.4.13 as two builds ago?

thank you for your response, i appreciate this a lot! Unfornatly i can't tell you the exact build number for sure. I just remember that i was doing mechagon hardmode as i note this problem for the first time.
This was between 7th. - 15th. august.

The difference to the people on the forum i have, that i am still able to use the spell without a macro (just click on the icon). And after a reload the macro / spell is firing corect again.
I would like to give you some more details but i dont know how.
Is there a update history file before 15.8.19, maybee i can test it on my own and would give you the build number when the problem occurs.

I installed the latest GSE patch since its release. But yes, next time i am in trouble i definitely doing some more notices.
I just did a short LFR run and the problem seems to start with target switches. If i do a reload or get out of combat everything gets ok.
