No creating new sequence

I create new sequence, click button Save, and and nothing happens, new sequence not created, no errors appear, the window "Sequence Viewer" is empty, what is the reason?
I don’t know.
With the information you have given me I have no way of knowing.
Are there events in the out of combat queue? (You can see this by hovering over the minimal or LDB icon)
Im assuming that after you hit save you are pressing close on the editor and waiting for the viewer to reappear after it has finished processing its actions.
