Heart Essence not firing

I have a
/use Heart Essence
in my PreMacro.

The Essence (Crucible of Flame) does not fire. Adding to Sequence and it still does not fire.

Clicking on the button in my ActionBar causes it to fire.

Any idea on what to check?

My mistake. Didn't pay attention to configuration.
