I uninstalled all addons but GSE Version 2.5.8 (2020-05-23) and while I was leveling the DH all abilities became unusable any form button or mouse click removed GSE and readd it work for a few mins then stop working again
Is your macro one that has come from the forums for end game? I would suggest that if it is you need to clean it out and remove things like Heart Essence from the macro. You may need to just have the abilities you have learnt until you learn new ones.

(Trying to cast heart essence when you don’t have your neck locking up the client is a known WoW bug.)
