Short answer: Steady Shot is the base spell for Cobra Shot. When you swap to BM from either survival or marksman, Cobra Shot replaces Steady Shot. GSE stores the base ability via Blizzards internal function for determining base spells.

No as that’s all defined by Blizzard - if you google WoW Macro Commands you will find everything that can be in a macro.
