Disabled Items still showing in macro rotation

The HoA is no longer needed in Shadowlands so I have unticked the 'Neck' from the rotation. However, once saved and using the macro, the neck is still showing.
You also cannot fully disable it. If you remove the tick and save it, then use the macro, review it and the tick box is gold.[

First off - the use neck tick box didn’t activate the HoA - your macro needed a line /cast Heart Essence as simply clicking the neck didn’t activate the essence. You will need to remove that line manually from your macro.
As to it not saving the ticks - I can’t replicate this. Is it saving any other changes except this?
