Describe the bug
Spell icons (on the Sequence Viewer) are misaligned.

To Reproduce
In GSE 2.6.52, open the Sequence Viewer, import or create GSE macros.

Expected behavior
Spell icons should be in the center of the frame that surrounds them.

You will notice that they are perfectly aligned however the background frame that ElvUI puts in on selection is misaligned and appearing in the wrong place. This is an Elv problem in that it adds a background to items that don’t have one specified. It looks like it’s in the wrong place but in fact it’s the backgrounds added to other items causing this illusion.
