Make the Output frame bigger if the Sequence Debugger window is resized

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Sequence Debugger window doesn't make its "Output frame" bigger if the user resizes the whole window.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if, while resizing the Sequence Debugger window, it also made the "Output frame" bigger (with the buttons "Disable", "Pause", "Clear", "Options" being anchored at the bottom). This way, the user (the player) would be able to see more output lines.

The frame that contains macros in the Sequence Viewer* also seems not be resized when the user resizes the whole window:

Oh, sorry for creating this post. I confess, I did search for related topics but only in "opened" issues. 😳
I should have comented on these other issues instead: #212, #262.
