Consider adding links on the Options - About window

The WindTools addon (it's a plugin for ElvUI) has a very nice way to display links:

• it features icons ; and when the player clicks on them, they open a small popup window with the URL (that the player can copy). Very convenient, IMO.

Depending on the ElvUI theme used, it might not be easy to notice the popup window appearing behind the GSE Options window.

Would it be possible to give this popup window the top focus (to display it over the other GSE windows)?
