All input boxes on the Configuration tab display tooltips if you hover them with the mouse cursor (and this is useful, they give explanations, informations to the GSE user).

I think that it would make sense to also add tooltips on Action Blocks and Variable areas (at the bottom of the "1 tab") to display advices such as :

You can only add one GCD spell per Action Block (this includes spells that are in variables).
If you add two or more GCD spells, only the first GCD abillity found is evaluated.

Consider adding tooltips when the player hovers Action Blocks and Variables boxes on the "1 tab".

I can only get the tooltip to appear when in a control that is active. The blocks themselves though a logical unit are not a unit i can bind to the tooltips
