[BUG] The "Default" button (in Options > Colour) is not clickable

Describe the bug
I have tried to reset Colors (after picking custom ones) but it seems that the "Default" button keeps being disabled.
This button doesn't seem clickable.
To Reproduce
- Open Options > Colour
- Change one of the 5 colours in "General Options" and press "okay"
- Click on the same colour (the goal is to reset it to the default value)
- You can notice that the "Default" button is always disabled (not clickable).
Expected behavior
The "Default" button should be clickable and should allow to reset the color to the default one.

This is defined in https://www.wowace.com/projects/ace3/pages/ace-config-3-0-options-tables and there is no option to set the default or register it.
