Right now anytime I add a new block it puts it all the way at the bottom and I have to click the up arrow to move it where I want. Also, after hitting the up arrow once the window is brought all the way back up to the top, then I have to click back down to the bottom, and hit the up arrow again.

If we could get a "insert block after/before" option for each action that would be amazing.

It's most definately in progress #871 - Plan is that when you hit insert it puts it under the block you are looking at and sets its focus to it. Been overwhelmed with making sure things "work" in the first case for everyone.
