[?] Suggestion for a new Github Issue Template

Hi Timothy, may I suggest an update to the Github Issues Template?
I have added this emoji π΅ because I think it helps to clearly see the different paragraphs. But It's just my opinion (you may or not like them).

- First, make sure you have enabled the "File Name Extensions" checkbox in Explorer (View tab)
- Browse to
C:\path\to\wow\_retail_\WTF\Account\YourAccountName\SavedVariables\
- Copy the
GSE.lua
file to your Desktop - Rename this copy to
GSA.lua.txt
- Then just drag it here in your message

Sorry for nitpicking but...
If you take a look at my first post, you can notice that the steps mentionned in the "GSE.lua file paragraph" are well aligned (with dots) and in italics. But this is what the Github Preview shows..
But if someone (a GSE user) actually creates a new Bug Report, here is what he/she sees:
... a not that readable paragraph. π΅
