[ENH] Allow the Compare window to be resized and look at a Diff tool rather than a line by line config

🔵 Describe the bug:
The Compare window doesn't keep buttons inside it while resizing.
(Extra low priority of course.. )

🔵 To reproduce: (Steps to reproduce the behavior)

  1. Go to https://wowlazymacros.com/t/bam-holy-paladin-gse3-one-button-with-mouseover-heals/24822
  2. Copy the macro
  3. Import it in GSE 3
  4. Import it one more time, at this moment, you should see the Compare window
  5. Resize the window

🔵 Expected behavior:
Buttons should stay inside the Sequence Debugger window when resizing.

Other changes in #1450 will over take this and replace it.

This window was never written with resizing in mind. The bug is that you are able to resize it. It needs to be rewritten to allow for resizing in general.

It might also be worth showing the differences rather than the whole objects.
