🔵 Describe the bug:
Hovering Action Blocks prevents using the mousewheel to scroll the macro up/down.

🔵 To reproduce: (Steps to reproduce the behavior)

1. Go to 'tab 1'
2. Add many Action Blocks
3. Move your cursor over an Action Block
4. Try to use your mousewheel to scroll

🔵 Expected behavior:
Dunno if it's possible but it would be conveniant to still be able to scroll the macro.

🔵 GSE.lua file:
It happens with all macros.. I don't think providing a GSE.lua file is necessary to reproduce this "bug".

As the text blocks are scroll boxes they prevent the scroll action. This is a WoW/Ace3 limitation.
