Hello I remember seeing a command to clear this on a post but for the life of me I cannot find it any chance you could tell me what it was

If you hover over en entry in the queue in the minimap window and scroll up it will clear that item.

I have though just added in /gse clearOOCqueue this will be in the next release and in the interim is at https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/gse-gnome-sequencer-enhanced-advanced-macros/files/3389185
