I’m not sure if it’s only for italian but when i drop the spell in the macro it put the name in a random place:

/cast [nocombat] some_spell

i want to put the spell some_other_spell

i put the cursor on the first “s” of the old spell and i get:

/cast [nocombasome_other_spellt] some_spell

same if i try to drop the spell in the place that i want to put.

I’m using elvui not sure if it’s relevant.

Later i can provide a screenshoot if yo need it.

This is a bug but its not one I can reproduce with GSE on its own. It looks like one of your other mods is scaling your UI or modifying the graphic of your cursor. Your cursor actually clicks at the top left corner of the cursor. If another mod changes the scale of size and shape of your cursor you will get a discrepancy between where you think you are clicking and where the computer thinks you are clicking. Elv in particular also makes changes to the input boxes that GSE depends on. Its not an Italian client thing but it is related to the combination of mods you have installed.
