Retail: Unable to buy additional bag slots for bank.

Addon version: 6.6.0
Problem:
If you are in your bank menu with a character that has not yet purchased back slots, you are unable to do so and are unable to thus slot bags into it.
Current interface:
Attempting to slot a bag gives the follow prompt
Reloading the UI does not fix this issue.
