Weird rectangle showing over the bar in Classic Wrath

There's THIS odd rectangle showing over the bar:

And it's seriously disturbing me as I don't know what's it from.

  • Thought it was caused by an addon but I disabled ALL addons except for GW2 UI and it's still showing.
  • Tried deleting saved variables and reinstalling the addon all over again, and it still showing.
