Slight fix for Treasure.lua

Line 343 - Changed the note to reference that the cave is underwater:
[37900604] = {quest=55959, minimap=true, achievement=13549, label=AR_TRUNK, note="Underwater Cave"}, [39351005] = path{quest=55959},

Line 347 - Was originally set to 55959's location and path. Corrected it & added quest id for game as comment:
[37201920] = {quest=55960, minimap=true, achievement=13549, label=AR_TRUNK, note="Click Arcane device nearby - Match 4 Cyan Runes"}, -- game quest id: 55999
