New Maelie the Wander Spawn Location - Not Currently Listed

I found a new spawn location for Maelie today that is not currently listed on HandyNotes. Here is an image (TomTOm Coordinates above my minimap).

In the file with the code I can see the POI 43003260, aka 43.32 that is you report.
