Whenever enough contributions are reached to rebuild the Magetower on the broken shores on the Broken Isles in Legion, you get access to a hand full of portals for faster travels.
you will be able to query for
C_ContributionCollector.GetState(contributionID)
1 Mage Tower
3 Command Center
4 Nether Disruptor
I'll take a look at this, but the tower is building up very slowly, it's still only at 72%. (This started 16 day ago)
