This is done by
G[76326]='K4096 L70 A:206979 T:206896 P:76325 E56110' -- turnin unlocks faction Dream Wardens -- turnin completes 77572 and 77887
looks like other characters on the account have both 77572 and 77887 completed. Not sure if there is a difference between them.
There are 6 mins between quest (76326) turn in and the unlocked Portal.
"15:43 New quest completed 76326 Zu Hause im Traum"
"15:49 portal to central chamber in valdrakken is available now"
what happend in those 6 mins? You returned to Valdrakken?
and what do you mean with comments.
I can't find anything from portal to central chamber in valdrakken is available now in the Grail code to confirm that it is really the quest 76326 that unlocks this portal. I just want to be absolutely sure which quest unlocks this portal.

As I have no clue what the Central Chamber is, I guess you mean the Portal to Central Encampment, is this correct?
While researching questIDs 77572 and 77887, I found this in the AllTheThings repo.

yes i did travel there and checked it with my own eyes.
It is my personal recorded logfile and comments. The upstream code is a bit outdated until its author comes back from the break and includes fresh data.
