Arcane Mage: only suggesting Arcane Missiles other than at the start of the encounter.

Expected behavior
Im no expert at arcane mage atm *obviously using your addon lol. but i do know the basics that you should be using arcane blast to fish for clear casting procs but the addon almost never suggests arcane blast other than at the start of an encounter and then its just straight arcane missles after that.

2. If reporting a disagreement with the addon's recommendations, please take a snapshot when you observe the issue and provide the snapshot. This is not a screenshot. A snapshot can be generated by binding the Pause feature on the Toggles tab.
