[BUG] Demonology not working anymore since the latest update v9.2.5-1.0.2

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
Demonology is not loading anymore. Most likely because the default APL disappeared. I'm unable to add it myself as the looking glass icon is greyed out.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game as a warlock
- Change spec to Demonology

The string starts with Hekili:Hekili: and is much shorter than the previous value.
A string so nice, I named it twice...
When the build comes up, please test this alpha (https://github.com/Hekili/hekili/releases/tag/v9.2.5-1.0.2a-alpha1) and then report back if it works.
I can repro this, might be related to the RegisterPack change: 5026eb2#diff-fb7619404d3488311210dcb3863acc4315cfe1fad77141a8a0c43cebc70efc41R2007
