Gear and Items that are set Boss-Only are removed from the list of available gear

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
Edit: Withdrawn--I found these at the bottom of the list in red (never thought they'd be out of alphabetical order so didn't look).
I set the trinket Scars of Fraternal Strife to only be recommended during boss encounters. When I went to uncheck this option for this trinket, the trinket no longer appears in the list, so it seems it's an irreversible decision. The list of gear should not be filtered when setting Disable or Boss Encounter Only, so that the player can uncheck these options later.
How to Reproduce
- Enter game with a character that has any on-use item.
- Go into the Gear and Items section, select that on-use item, and set "Boss Encounter Only"
- Verify that the item you just set no longer appears in the drop-down list of gear and items.
