[BUG] [WotLK] Events.lua:1753: GetSpellCooldown(): Invalid spell slot

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
Describe the Issue
When logged onto a Shadow Priest at level 70, every spell cast causes this Lua error:

Hekili-v3.4.0-1.0.0-beta7a) - Log into a 70 Shadow Priest
- Attack target dummy (or any target for that matter)
- Notice Lua errors as described
