[REC] Covenant abilities not recommended outside Shadowlands after M+ starts

  • I am not playing on a private server.
  • I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
  • I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
  • I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue

Change 5849ccb disabled covenant abilities outside of Shadowlands. However, when in Iron Docks, Grimrail, Karazhan or Mechagon, the game reenables the covenant abilities after the Mythic Dungeon is started, while Hekili stops recommending the abilities altogether.

How to Reproduce

  1. Night Fae Balance Druid enters Mythic Iron Docks
  2. Note that Convoke is disabled on the spell bar
  3. Keystone is inserted and M+ dungeon starts
  4. Note that Convoke is now enabled on the spell bar
  5. Follow recommendation, Convoke is not recommended when it should be
