Describe the Issue

I use Celestial Alignment when prompted, however, Hekili does not register it as used and continues to suggest it despite it being on CD

How to Reproduce

1. Enter Game as Balance Druid
2. Do Hekili rotation on target dummies until Celestial Alignment is suggested
3. Observe that that CD does not disappear from suggested

I'm not getting an Error at all

Then you are going to have to do a !snapshot You can read how to do this in the discord and take a snapshot of when this is happening. Then add it to the ticket.
