[REC] MM Hunter - Stuck on recommending steady shot.

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this issue (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.
- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).
Describe the Issue
Steadyshot was being recommended even though focus was full, and no talents were taken to encourage chain-steady shots. Once it recommends steady shot once, it seems to get stuck on recommending steady shot for 5-6 full casts, once it gets 'unstuck' the rotation changes abruptly with no forecasting. Maybe it's a weird interaction with Consecutive Concussion as a PVP talent since I do have warmode on?
How to Reproduce
- Take the talents outlined in the snapshot.
- Find a target dummy and start your rotation.,
