Feral Fails To Reccommend Anything After Using Cooldowns

Before You Begin
- I confirm that I have downloaded the latest version of the addon.
- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.
- I edited the title of this bug report (above) so that it describes the issue I am reporting.

Retail (Dragonflight)
Describe the Issue
The addon breaks and does not reccomend anything after opener or random times during combat. It feels like it happens when Bloodlust is cast during combat.
How to Reproduce
- Fly To Ardenweald
- Go To The Training Dummies, fight the Dungeoneer's Training Dummy
- Open Prowl, Rake, Spectral Agility Potion, Kihra's Adrenaline Injector, Beserk, Shred
- Addon breaks and doesn't reccomened anything else until a combo spender is spent. Bite, Primal Wrath, Rip or other.
