- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.

- I am reporting an issue with the default priority included with the specialization (imported or edited priorities are not supported).

Describe the Issue
Hey, when i Entering the combat with my charecter DK blood(tank), the Addon Hekili suggestion Spells after i use 1time Death and Decay and it get 15sec cd, The Rotation again suggest me to use That spell again (Death and decay) Even if it is not ready yet, it just suggest me to use it again and again, while others spells is ready and i can use, it just suggest me to use that :(
