[Bug Report] Recommendation missing

- I am not playing on a private server.
- I checked for an existing, open ticket for this issue and was not able to find one.

Describe the Issue
The recommendations disappear. In my setting I have four recommendation slots, only 2 are showing. Some times all of them disappear.
How to Reproduce
- enter game as an outlaw rogue
- start to hit the dummy
- recommendations go missing occasionally
- switching target/leave the target and wait brings the recommendations back

For clarity: Restoring to default from what? Did you import something and need to reset?
Also, if recommendations aren't appearing, a recommendation ticket is preferred with a snapshot taken (instructions are in the ticket). Just for future cases. Thanks.
